Uncle Looi's Rojak and 'famous' Machee

This vendor is Uncle Looi. He sells rojak and another desert called Machee. I normally just buy his rojak but today I thought i'd try his other product Machee. I saw Uncle Looi's van behind Jaya Jusco last Saturday afternoon.....Uncle Looi keeps a neat van. He wears white long sleeves and is a really neat vendor.
His rojak sauce is nice. Preparing rojak is easy (at least the mixing part of it) .....take a scoop of rojak sauce.....
..add in the veggie and fruit...(all precut).. into a container.....mix it with the rojak sauce...
..after mixing well place it back in the container....
...add the other stuff and this is what you get....yummy rojak for lunch..
..Next is Machee....
this is the 1st time i'm trying this......this gooey stuff is made from glutinous rice .....
stretch it till you get the desired quantity
round it into a "blob" and put into the container of ground peanuts, sesame and sugar.....
..then you stretch it and mix it into the peanut mix......
when its well coated take out your scissors and cut to cube sizes.....
...pack into container and serve..... this item is SWEET...very nice but sweet....

this is a good lunch desert.
