Bernadette Activity Center @ OLOL Church

This is the banner that was hanging outside the Bernadette Center, the new activity center for Our Lady of Lourdes Church at Silibin Ipoh.

Their slogan " Once a Dream Now a Reality" is quite apt. Heard that the cost of the building was in the six figures. Also heard that they have around six or seven hundred sunday school children each weekend....now that is alot.

Well MB Nizar Jamaluddin couldn't make it ( ' he was called to the Istana") but YB Su represented him.... the Bishop together with the Parish priest and committee greeted him on arival....


..but YB Su wasn't alone...on the left of the Bishop was YB Sivanesan ( Health and Enviroment Minister) and 2 chairs from YB Su is YB Sivakumar, the House Speaker... all up on stage with the congregation of priests from the various parishes...Parish Priest Fr Bernard Paul is on the mike....
