Bay Channel....Sundown secret..but not for long.

I usually end my day with a cold sundowner ...a cold beer at the end of the day..i was introduced to this place right in the heart of town......

raintrees and palm trees...open air....nice place this Bar Channel....and it is at the back of Ipoh City Hotel...

apparently they built around the raintrees...reminded me of the raintree in front of the JW Marriot in KL...(hmmm can't remember the name of this kampung previously..will post it when i do remember) Ipoh City Hotel is in the background...

open air courtyard ...newly planted palm trees...

a verandah on the sides...easy going atmosphere at the end of the day...

..after sundown.....

they've even got a kitchen...tried the chicken wings and cantonese fried mee..bottled beers are at coffee shop rates...economical and pleasant surroundings...another pleasant option for a sundown..
