..it looked like a nice place butttt....it kinda lacked the ...moo..ood..i dunno...
..it did have a games room...though we weren't in the mood for that too....
..nice area...close too to the about to be opened ( this week) Tower Regency Hotel...in time for the Sultan of Perak's Silver Jubilee celebrations....
nope...the party hadn't reached this side of town yet...(below)..view from Cowan Street..Summer Paradise on the left, Tower Regency on the right and Regal Lodge Hotel at centre background..
..unlike Ipoh Garden East...where i had to make 2 rounds before i got an empty slot....
..thanks to these guys who were about to finish their deliveries.....it was already 10...
..the parallel road...cars were everywhere...took a peek into 'Devil'...
it was full.............
..we eventually ended up at "Houz"just a few doors away ...its been awhile since i heard this band play...and i was in the mood for some rock n roll..i wasn't disappointed....the house was full, the crowd rowdy and the band loud...
..besides they served Kilkenny by the pint......
..this group below was from U-Mobile...good attitude..work hard..party harder...
..next morning..i picked up some flowers....
...got some of this stuff...
..then tidy house, wash car before the dinner...
the following morning (chor yat) ...viewed some traditional culture while taking my dog out for his morning walk....
..then eat and watch movies....
though i seem to be eating more veggie foodie this year...below...sang choy topped with turnip/mungkuang and 'loh sung' ingredients....it was so refreshing....
yep, a festival falling on a Monday has its benefits... Kung Hei Fatt Choy.
