The May 7 Agenda.......

A copy of the agenda for the May 7 Perak State Legislative Assembly....there is only 1 item and that is to terminate the current speaker and appoint a new speaker.

..Other actions taken ahead include.....
1) ..security...the state secretary has taken 'security' measures to "lock down" the state secretariat building (second time in 3 mths) from May 6-11 whereby members of the public are not allowed entry for the duration of the assembly.
2)..media coverage is restricted to only 13 media providers...all online news portals (other than tv3, rtm and bernama) and a host of other publications local and international are barred.
DAP's Lim Kit Siang has called this 'media restriction' a Fred Flintstone, stone-age mentality.
